Customer Service Agent

Crossroads has been developing customer loyalty, reward and e‑commerce solutions for some of the largest and most well-known brands in the Nordics since 1999. We are a turnkey one-stop-shop supplier who builds and hosts the site, purchases and stocks the products, packs and ships the orders, handles payments and invoicing, and operates the customer service.

About the position
At Crossroads, you'll be a core part of a small team of service-minded and dedicated colleagues that go the extra mile in order to ensure customer success. We assist customers via phone and chat and your day-to-day tasks will primarily consist of:
- Problem-solving on behalf of customers (delivery issues, returns management)
- Customs administration
- Other administrative tasks
We think you're a dedicated individual that enjoys varied work in a varied environment that isn't scared off by our intense tempo during peak season. Your core drive (and skill) consists of consistently striving (and achieving) to turn problems into a great customer experience.
As a communication ninja, you express yourself faultlessly in speech as well as in writing. In addition, you enjoy the process of consistently trying to streamline your own, as well as your colleagues, workload and toolset, in order to achieve a more effective process and a better customer experience.
What you'll need
- A proficiency in Swedish
- A passion for customer service
We'd love it if you
- Speak and write Danish
- Possess basic knowledge in the Microsoft Office stack
- Have experince working in an ERP or CMS system
Hours: Full or part time
Salary: Fixed salary
